Shipping policy

Delivery Information:

• Within Calgary: Elbow Liquor handles all deliveries within Calgary, with some exceptions.
• Outside Calgary: We use a courier service for deliveries outside Calgary. While we prefer shipping to business addresses, we can also deliver to most residential and some rural addresses. Note that we cannot ship to PO boxes due to courier restrictions.

Shipping Outside Alberta:

Elbow Liquor does not directly ship outside Alberta. If you request delivery outside Alberta, you authorize us to arrange a shipper on your behalf to collect your order from our store and deliver it as instructed. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the delivery location.

Special Considerations:

We primarily use a specialized courier with temperature-controlled vehicles. Shipping during extreme weather conditions in winter and summer can be risky. Elbow Liquor may delay shipping if we believe your package could be affected by severe weather.
