This Non-Vintage Brut is a traditional method sparkling wine is made up of Chardonnay (49%) and Pinot Noir (51%). All sourced from the Okanagan Valley. Aged on lees for 1.5 years before disgorging. It is showing aromas of citrus, and apples; it has a creamy texture and a lingering nutty finish. Limited production of 100 cases.
