Description

This Ginjo has complex lively aromas with a silky light body.  With bright flavours of ripe cherry, apple, peach, and honeysuckle, this sake comes with a smooth finish and refreshing aftertaste.  Ginjo sake is known for its complexity, depth, range of interesting and diverse flavors, and, above all, its balance between acidity and sweetness. This brew is a prime example of Ginjo sake.  It pairs beautifully with cheese omelet, chicken Yakitori, and grilled oysters.
