Description:

The 2023 SP68 Bianco is a blend of 60% Zibibbo (Moscato di Alessandria) and 40% Albanello, sourced from 20-year-old vines cultivated on red sandy and limestone soils. Fermented with native yeasts, the wine undergoes a 15-day skin maceration and is aged for six months in concrete tanks before being bottled unfiltered.

In the glass, it presents a hazy golden hue, indicative of its skin-contact vinification. Aromas of Mediterranean herbs, white flowers, and stone fruits like peach and apricot intertwine with hints of citrus zest and wet stone. On the palate, it's medium-bodied with a supple texture, showcasing flavors of tart orchard fruits, ginger spice, and a saline minerality. The finish is crisp and lingering, marked by notes of green melon and lime zest.
