This classic Hakkaisan sake has a smooth and mellow taste that is always refreshing! Fine and light, this tokubetsu honjozo is brewed using spring water from the sacred Mount Hakkai. Smooth and fruity without too much complexity, it still has some yeastiness and noticeable alcohol. It is light-bodied with a grainy texture. Enjoyable! It deliciously complements any food. You can sip it either warm or chilled. When gently heated, the delicate aroma is enhanced.
