Gérard Tremblay is the 5th generation owner of this Domaine in Chablis. Under his ownership, the property has grown from 30 acres to 100 acres, 30 acres being first cru and Grand Cru sites. Gerard is very passionate and a purist. He uses “Lutte raisonnée” sustainable viticulture and takes a lot of care in plowing to preserve the terroir. This gives the Chardonnay a special, vibrant personality due to the subsoil (Kimmeridgian limestone/fossilized shells).
