Edetaria Via Edetana Blanca 2019 750 ml

This wine is made with Garnacha Blanca 70% from 40 years-old vines in “tapas” and “panal” terroirs, and Viognier 30%. After its fermentation, we do the assemblage. This means that half of the wine is aged in 300-litre French oak for 4 months and the other half of the wine works with its lees in the tanks in order to achieve the highest varietal expression. Powerful and lush entry full of well-integrated flavours in the mouth. It is creamy with an extremely fresh and mineral finish that grants elegance to the wine.
