Description

Chiyomusubi's Goriki 50 is made from Goriki rice with a perfect balance of umami and acidity.  This sake is made in the muroka style, without charcoal filtering, leaving it to express its minerality and umami in flavor, and exhibiting its golden hue.  Noticeable fresh aromas harmonize with acidity & sweetness.  This junmai ginjo has a smooth and tangy, refreshing taste.  It's best served chilled with Yakitori, Izakaya style food, Korean Barbecue, Tako vinaigrette and tofu, or grilled chicken!
