Made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes sourced from some of the best vineyards in the region, the wine is aged for over 8 years in the cellars of Charles Heidsieck to develop complexity and richness.
On the nose, it has notes of toasted brioche, ripe apple, pear, and white flowers. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with a creamy texture and flavors of citrus, baked apple, and a touch of honey, along with a subtle hint of mineral. The wine has a long and elegant finish that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
