This rosé displays a delicate pale salmon hue, reflecting its elegant and restrained style. The nose opens with fresh aromas of wild strawberries, white peach, and rose petals, layered with a touch of citrus zest. On the palate, it is vibrant and dry, offering red berry flavours, subtle watermelon, and a hint of wet stone minerality. Medium-bodied with crisp acidity, the wine finishes clean and refreshing, showcasing finesse and balance. Crafted from Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, it is best enjoyed young, ideally within 1–2 years of vintage to capture its brightness and purity.
