This vintage reveals a deep ruby colour, offering dark, brooding aromas of plum, blackberry, and raspberry leaf. The palate is structured and expressive, with firm yet polished tannins and a layered core of dark fruit and earthy spice. Naturally fermented using wild yeasts, the wine was vinified in a mix of concrete and stainless steel vessels, then aged for 14 months in 35% new French oak. The result is a balanced, age-worthy Pinot Noir with both tension and elegance.
