The Chianti Classico "Capotondo" is a red wine with a great personality and structure that comes from Sangiovese grapes and a small percentage of Canaiolo. The aging in large barrels and barriques for 14 months makes the bouquet softer and more evolved, adding aromas of noble woods, and spices to the typical fruity aromas of berries, cherry and plum and fragrances of red flowers. On the palate it relaxes round, harmonious and enveloping, highlighting a beautiful freshness and a throbbing tannin.
