Cassone Malbec Obra Prima Reserva - 12 Bottles 750 ml

This Malbec is made exclusively of selected grapes of a 100+ year old vines estate. A wine of deep concentration and blackberry fruit, cherries and fig with a touch of spice. Its ripe tannins and fruit flavors lead to a long-lasting finish. The wine was aged in French oak barrels, delivering soft notes of vanilla, coffee and tobacco. This wine is unfiltered. This wine was aged 12 months in new French oak barrels.

Wonderful with grilled red meats, strong cheeses and pasta dishes. It is also ideal to pair with stews, game dishes or vegetables, such as stuffed potatoes, baked pumpkins or peppers. 

A bold, sweet-smelling array of blueberries and blackberries with hints of violets and fresh oak. The palate is quite suave and supple with a rich sleeve of ripe, red-plum and dark-berry flavor.
