Brancaia Stella Brut (NV) 750 ml

Description:

Stella is characterized by an elegant bouquet, with delicate aromas of bread and almond notes, typical of the classic method. This brut sparkling wine is delicate and vibrant on the palate, with a fine and persistent perlage. Before the disgorgement, the wine is aged on the lees for at least 24 months. Stella's sparkling wine base is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. To characterize it with Brancaia style, the liqueur de expedition is enriched by a few drops of Il Bianco. This sparkling wine is named after Barbara Widmer's daughter, Nina, who, as a child, loved to call sparkling wine bubbles “stars.”

Stella is ideal as an aperitif wine, but it is also perfect with fish crudites or vegetarian dishes. A favourite pairing: with tuna tartare.
