Created in 1862, Bacardi Reserva Ocho rum is one of the oldest private rum blends in the world. For seven generations, the Bacardi family enjoyed it as their personal reserve. Made from a special selection of barrel-aged reserve rums, each aged a minimum of 8 years in American white oak barrels results in a flavourful blend. Refined flavour with notes of prune, apricot, nutmeg and vanilla.
Nose: Fresh and perfumed with notes of oak and peels, a little syrup with a note of fennel.
Palate: Sweet and rich with tropical fruits, peels and winter spice.
Finish: Gentle and luscious.
