Premium elegance defines Dassai's '45' Sparkling Junmai Daiginjo sake. With rice polished to 45%, grape and toasted chestnut aromas are evident. Flavours of almond milk, pear, and underripe melon refine the palate. Natural second fermentation in the bottle gives way to a light Nigori style giving a thick and creamy mouthfeel with a definite 'fizz’ on the tongue. '45' shows full-bodied umami with a long, dry finish.

A versatile sparkling sake, '45' can be paired with a range of dishes, notably Prawn Tempura, Baked Brie, and Strawberry Cheesecake.
