Peated whisky from the Knockdhu distillery has here been finished in sherry casks, adding layers of fruit and spice to the smoky, honey and citrus notes typical of its smoky single malt. 

Wondering why the whisky is called anCnoc? It's named after the source of the water Knockdhu uses to produce its single malts. 

Sweet honey and tropical fruit, notes of cinnamon and rich toffee, delicate campfire smoke on the nose.

Toffee apples coated in warming spices, deep vanilla, a rich, sweet, smoky character. Long wood smoke, caramel, vanilla finish.
